RealtyPad helps you find, score, and triage real-estate opportunities with an AI agent and a shared deal database.
This site is for workspace users and tenants (investors, operators, and partners). Deploy and developer guides live in the repo under docs/technical/ and are not published here.
Who this is for¶
- Investors and operators using the web app to browse deals, triage, and underwrite
- Agents in Cursor connected via MCP to add leads, rescore, and leave notes
- Real estate partners who need a separate workspace (tenant) on a shared hosted stack

Each tenant has isolated deals, markets, financing profiles, and attachments. Users sign in to the web UI; MCP clients use a personal access token (Bearer).
